Established in 2014, Zipgrid has emerged as a leading solution provided for housing societies. Zipgrid works with more than 50,000 households across the country and assists them in building “Best Community Living Experiences”
BRIEF
The website of Zipgrid had a severe information architecture issue and users were literally saying “we cannot figure out what this company does by looking at the website, can someone assist us?”
SOLUTION
So we commissioned the redesign to an agency who after several months was unable to turn it around. That is when I had to step in to work on this website. I collaborted with the leadershop and carted a plan of building 5 pages that talked about services offered to each customer target group, a page for listing features of the app, a page that talked about the company and it’s team and page for careers.
